Show Granger Requests Dismissal Of Charges According to news dispatcher Irom Washington, D. C, Congressman Congress-man Walter K. Granger, Monda. asked that the contest filed V David J. Wilson, Republican, whom Oranger defeated in the November Novem-ber elections, be dismissed. Replying to Wilson's notice ot contest, Granger maintained that the allegations in the contest are "vague, indefinite, uncertain, containing con-taining no allegations of fact, but repetitious conclusions." He also claimed that the notice does not conform to the act of congress providing pro-viding for election contests. In his contest filing Mr. Wilson claimed various irregularities in the course of election proceeding and the counting of ballots, but Granger denied any knowledge ol the alleged irregularities and maintained main-tained that a recount would favor him and not Wilson.
