Granger Requests Dismissal Of Charges According to news dispatcher Irom Washington, D. C, Congressman Congress-man Walter K. Granger, Monda. asked that the contest filed V David J. Wilson, Republican, whom Oranger defeated in the November Novem-ber elections, be dismissed. Replying to Wilson's notice ot contest, Granger maintained that the allegations in the contest are "vague, indefinite, uncertain, containing con-taining no allegations of fact, but repetitious conclusions." He also claimed that the notice does not conform to the act of congress providing pro-viding for election contests.
