Show Directors Named For Bank At Parowan Steps necessary to secure a charter char-ter for a new Bank at Paowan have about been completed, and the new bank should be opened for business in the near future. Money for the organization of the bank has been raised, a board of directors elected, and after the directors di-rectors meet to organize Saturday, everything will be cleared for the granting of the charter. The bank will have a capital stock of $25,000, and a $12,500 surplus, sur-plus, and will be located In the oi bank building on Parowan Main street. The building is now occupied occu-pied by the Parowan Post office, which must be moved to a new location before the Bank can be opened. Directors named by the stockholders stockhold-ers at a meeting on Tuesday evening even-ing include Edgar J. King, Robert L. Fenton, W. Scott Mitchell, Ivan Decker, E. Ray Lyman, John P. Bayles and Arthur Joseph. |
