Show NOTICE Please be advised that an appeal has been filed with the Center-ville Center-ville Board of Adjustments Adjust-ments by Mr. David Carlquist requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinances. Mr. Carlquist is requesting re-questing a waiver to the 20 foot minimum front yard setback. Section I2-320-2-5A states: "Front Yard: Minimum front yard setback shall be 20 feet. . . ." This property prop-erty is located at 107 South 850 East. For the purpose of hearing arguments for or against the granting of this variance, the Centerville Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday. May 15. 1986. at 7:00 p.m. in the Centerville City Council Coun-cil Chambers. 521 North 400 West. Centerville. Cen-terville. Utah. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal.
