Show Named to FHA council - A Chris Tina Sorenson. from the Vicwmont High Chapter of the Utah Association of Future Home-makers Home-makers of America was recently elected to the State Executive Council at the annual state convention conven-tion held recently in Park City. CHRIS TINA is the daughter of Dale and TyNea Sorenson of Bountiful. Chris will work with the other newly elected members of the State Executive Council to plan and implement state projects, leadership training workshops and the annual convention for the school year 1986-87. CHRIS WILL also be responsible responsi-ble to work with the regional council coun-cil (consisting of a representative from each chapter in the region) to plan and implement any regional activities. In July. Chris will travel to Orlando. Fla. to participate in the National Leadership Meeting. CHRIS' activities in her Chapter include: two years in FHA-HERO CHRIS TINA SORENSON as an active member. Christmas and Halloween Dance Committee, Homecoming Float Committee, and attended Regional and National Nation-al Convention. Her advisor is Debbie De-bbie Lang. |
