Show Rites Held For Mine Mishap Victirr Funeral services were held from the 2nd Ward LDS Church of Moab Saturday, August 7, for Robert C. Johnson, 23, who died August 4 when a dynamite round exploded while he was checking check-ing it out at a mine southwest of Moab. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Cathy Lynn and two daughters, Robin and Veronica, Veron-ica, along with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Johnson and three brothers, Norman, Steven and Neil Bruce Johnson. John-son. Robert was a life long resident of Moab and graduated gradu-ated from Grand County High School. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted by Jack Stewart. Interment followed at Sunset Memorial Cemetery with dedication dedi-cation of the grave by Howard Lance. Funeral services under the direction of Hefner's Turner Funeral Home. |
