Show THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: DE-FENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to file an Answer in writing to the Complaint on file with the Clerk of the above-entitled Court, and to serve upon, or mail to, William L. Benge, Plaintiff's Attorney, 47 East Center Street, P. O. Box 699, Moab, Utah 84532, a copy of said Answer within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This is an action quieting title in the Plaintiff's to the following real property in Grand County, State of Utah: All of Lot No. 9 and beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9, thence North, 404 feet, thence West 1 ,320 feet, thence South bearing West 20 dt-qrees 30 minutes 416 feet to the East bank of the Green River, 'hence along said river bank in a SE direction intersecting the South line of Lot No. 9. Embracing all land inside of these boundaries and being all of Lot No. 9 and part of Lots No. 5 and 6. All in Section 22, T. 21 S., R. 16 E., SLB&M, and containing 67.95 acres, more or less.
