Show City Court News . . . m In City Court on Aug. 4, Ray Beason appeared on charges of possession of a controlled substance and on the promotion promo-tion of county attorney the charge was dismissed. Rodney Quinn appeared for a preliminary hearing also on Aug. 4 with his attorney Harry Snow and after the evidence was presented it was found that the offense of distributing a controlled substance for value had been committed and that there is sufficient cause to believe that the defendent committed the said crime and he was ordered to appear before the district court on September 14 at 10 a.m. Rick Lee Henneigh, appeared appear-ed on the charge of possession of a controlled substance and on motion by the county attorney the charge was dismissed. Scarlet Woodruff, appeared on the charge of distributing a controlled substance without value. She appeared with her attorney Harry Snow and on advice of council waived her right to a preliminary hearing. Then she was ordered to appear before the district court on Sept. 14. Bruce E. Brown appeared on two charges, aggravated assault and theft. On the motion of the county attorney the arraignment was continued contin-ued indefinately on condition that the defendent voluntarily commit himself to the mental health service. Jeanine Rutherford was charged with altering a prescription pre-scription for a controlled substance. She appeared for arraignment on this charge and requested a preliminary hearing, to be held Aug. 26 at 2 p.m. On Aug. 6 Tony William Vigil appeared on the charges of interfering with an officer, public intoxication, and disorderly dis-orderly conduct. He appeared for arraignment on these charges and pleaded guilty. It was the judgement of the court that he be placed on probation for one year. If he violates the terms of his probation he will be required to serve 40 days in jail. |
