FEDERAL HOUSING PLANS TO TAKE OVER HOME PROJECT Federal housing ofifcials met with the Springville city council recently in regard to homes in Brookside Park. They stated also that as soon as federal officials took over the project, the dry weed fire hazard would be eliminated from property in the project, and it was also believed a custodian would be appointed ap-pointed to look after the .property. So far as the price of the homes was concerned, the officials stated that there is to be no reduction, that the homes represent in value the price asked. The project includes a total of 163 homes, about 100 with three bedroom plans, and approximately 63 two-bedrooms. So far only about 18 in all have been sold.
