Show Another Soldier Boy Takes Wartime Bride A romance of long standing came to a happy culmination with something of a military atmosphere atmos-phere Wednesday of last week when Corporal Hal J. Fisher and Miss Donna Goudie 'were married at Pioche, Nevada, the ceremony having been performed by Judge E. L. Nores at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lavon Bird. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Beesley and graduated in May from the Mil-ford Mil-ford high school. Since that time she has been employed at the White Market. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Parley B. Fisher and graduated from the Milford high school in 198S. He attended the U. S. A. C. at Logan for a year, and was doing photostatic photo-static work at Hill field when he was inducted into army service November 3, 1942, being assigned to the air forces. He is now stationed sta-tioned at Geiger field, near Spokane, Spo-kane, Washington, where he has been in charge of sawmill erection erec-tion crews. Corporal Fisher returned Thursday Thurs-day to Geiger field but Mrs. Fish eer will remain here for the time being. They both have the very best wishes of a host of friends. |
