Show UNITED STATES DEPART-MENT OP THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT. NOTICE FOR PUBU-CATION. PUBLIC SALE. Un-der provisions of section S455, R. S. (43 U. S. C. 11 71). there will be offered to the highest bidder, but at not less than the appraised value, at a public sale to be held at 11 o'clock a.m., on the 13th day of July next, at Land Office, Darling Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, the following tracts of land: Land Descripton, NWM NEU Sec. 26, T. 32 S., R. 5 W., SL Mer., Utah; 40 acres; $232 appraised value. The land will be sold subject to a reservation to the United States of oil and gas; U. S. Highway 89 and for rights-of-way for a telephone line and power line. Bids may be made by the principal or his agent, either personally at the sale or by mall Bids for a parcel must be for all lands in the parcel. Bids sent by mail will be considered only if received at Land Office, P.O. Box 777, Salt Lake City, Utah prior to 11 o'clock a.m., on July 13, 1960. Bids must be in sealed envelopes accompanied by certified checks, post-office money orders, bank drafts, or cashiers' checks made payable to the Bureau of Land Man-'ajrement for the amounts of the bids. The envelopes must be marked in the lower left-hand corner "Public Sale Bid, Serial No. 040209, Sale held July 13, I960." . The highest bidder at the sale will be required to pay immediately the amount thereof. Any adverse claimants of the above-described land should file their' claims, or objections, with the undersigned on or before the time designated for sale. Any contiguous owner claiming a preference right must assert such right to the undersigned within 30 days from the above sale date. However, contiguous owners will not be able to assert their preference rights to any parcel for which bids are not received.
