Show f Weaver Spikes the Punch I by Janet Weaver One warm day and the boys are all out with their baseballs and bats and little ones already start asking if they can run through the sprinkler. Yes, it's been a long winter and everyone is only too glad to see signs of spring and summer. In preparing for those warm dry days you might want to add some of these punch recipes to your file. Whether serving a large or a small group you are bound to find something here which will be just right. . Frosty Golden Punch 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice 1 (6 oz) can frozen pineapple juice 2 large bottles chilled 7-Up or ginger ale 1 (12 oz) can apricot nectar, chilled Vi cup lemon juice. 1 qt. lemon sherbert First add water to frozen I concentrate according to directions. Add chilled apricot nectar and lemon juice. Just before serving, spoon in sherbert. Pour ginger ale or 7-Up down side of bowl. Makes 20-25 cup servings. FRUIT PUNCH 1 large can pineapple juice 1 large can orange and grapefruit juice 1 qt. ginger ale 1 small can apricot nectar 2 mashed bananas Mix together and add ice cubes. ' Luscious Fruit Punch 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice, mixed as directed. 1 large can orange juice 1 large can pineapple juice 5 lb. sugar Add enough water to make 5 gallons. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Have 6 or 7 pounds dry ice. Add V2 hour before ready to serve. Serves approximately 40. Jello Punch 1 pkg. lime jello 2 c. water 2 lemons, juiced 4 c. sugar 4 c. water 1 (48 oz.) can pineapple juice 1 qt. ginger ale. Combine sugar and water and bring to boil. Add jello and cool.
