Show NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY FOR FIRE PROTECTION NOTICE E HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Beaver County.State of Utah, has called an election for the qualified electors residing in Beaver County Special Service District No. 1 to vote on the question of whether or not said Board of County Commissioners may levy an annual tax on aU taxable property within said Service District for the purpose of providing fire protection within said Service District. If authorized by said election, elec-tion, said tax would be levied in such amount as said Board of County Commissioners annually determ ines up to but not exceeding a maximum limit of two mills on each dollar of assessed value with said Service District, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 23 of Title 11, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, known and cited as the Utah Special Service District Act, to be collected in the same manner as othercounty property prop-erty taxes. Said election will be held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 1976, in connection connec-tion with the State of Utah general election to be held on that day, and voting will be done during the same hours and at the same polling poll-ing places within said Service Ser-vice District as said general gener-al election, and qualification of voters shall be the same as for said general election. Said Service District consists con-sists of the eastern portion of said Beaver County, including, in-cluding, but not limited to, the municipality of Beaver C ity, and is particularly de -scribed as follows: All that portion of said Beaver County lying east of the following line:Com-mencing line:Com-mencing at a point where the range line dividing range 9 West and range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, intersects the Beaver-Millard county line, and running thence South along said range line to the Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence East 1 mile to the Southeast corner of said Section 6; thence South to the line dividing Townships 30 and 31 south, and being the Beaver -Iron county line.
