Maintenance of careful care-ful balance between environ -ment and development. Increased cooperation between government communities, com-munities, developers, and industry. . The Five County Association Associa-tion announced its intent to work cooperatively and to accept responsibility to plan and prepare for orderly or-derly and manageable development de-velopment and growth. The group did express concern about the proposed energy corridor plan for Carbon and Emery counties, "because it will take away our choice of whether we want to have such industry in our area."
