Show Visitors Note Basin Changes Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Young, of Provo, visited in Myton. Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Young were residents of this district for many years. They were ac-j comoanied by Mr. and Mrs. Reniamin Temple, of Chico, Cal-1 ifornia. Mr. Temple, who made his home here during his early youth, leaving here in 1.010, was very interested in the growth of the Uintah Basin, and decided to continue his observations by visiting Vernal and other parts of Uintah county, Tuesday. Labor Day visitors at the ranch home of Mr. and Mrs. Loyal Perry were 'their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jule Perry, and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Earll, parents of Mrs. Jule Perry, who came from Tooele for the day. Bill Peatross left Monday on a business trip to Salt Lake City. Miss LaVora Murray, who vis- i l i- HJTh T,T.-, uea ner parents, ivi. ivalo. wilmer Murray during part of her summer vacation, left Tuesday Tues-day for St. George, where she will be a member of the faculty at Dixie Junior college. Mrs Iva Adams was a week end guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Harris. Mrs. Adams Ad-ams taught in the Myton Elementary Ele-mentary school during the past three years, but will be a faculty member in Duchesne during this school year. Alma Hamilton returned home Sunday from Washington, where she had spent the summer with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Hamilton, Jr. They accompanied her to Myton and visited briefly with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Hamilton, Sr., before returning to Washington. |
