After a serie3 of short passes, Bishop, for the town team, got away on a sleeper, sleep-er, Pope placing a long pass in his arms to take across for the first touch down. A few minutes later, Carman, for the town, got away on the other side for the second touchdown. Both attempts to convert the extra point failed. The remainder of the game was even, ev-en, both sides making boners and spectacular spec-tacular plays.
