No. 6, amending amend-ing Sec. 5 Chap. 45, Laws of 1884, relating re-lating to estates of decedents, was correctly cor-rectly enrolled; also C. F. No. 19, amending Sec. 18, Chap. "45, Law3 of 1884, relating to estates of decedents, and that it had been forwarded to the Governor Gov-ernor for approval. Sir. No. 17. amending Sec. 56, Chap. 54, Laws of 1884, concerning criminal cases in Justices' Courts; also, C. F. No. 27, amending the corporation act of Morgan City, recommending their passage. No. 24, incorporating Nephi City in J uab county. On motion of Mr. Sharp the bill was recommitted to the Committee Commit-tee on Municipal Corporations and Towns. Substitute for H. F. No. 26, amending section 6, chapter 45, laws of 1884, regarding re-garding estates of decedents, wa3 read and passed unanimously. ' At 3:15 adjourned till 2 p. m. to-day. The House. C. F. No. 13, providing for a Territorial Terri-torial Board of Equalization, was taken up on its second reading, and the amendments amend-ments offered by the committee were adopted. Mr. Thurman presented a petition from John T. Caine and others, asking an appropriation for the benefit of the Orphan's Home of Salt Lake City. Committee Com-mittee on Claims and Public Accounts. A communication from Deputy Clerk Bachman of the First District Court at Provo was read in relation to jurors' fees and fines. The United Sfates had paid its own bills in this court as in the others. Mr. Tharman stated that some of the statements made were incorrect. " He knew such to be the case from his own personal knowledge.- Mr. Hatch asked leave of absence until next Tuesday. Granted. Mr. Farnsworth presented a petition from the Probate Court, Beaver county, asking that an appropriation be made to said county for expenses in carrying carry-ing on the court. F. 22, a bill to provide for the assignment of insolvent debtors, reported back the same with amendments, and recommended recom-mended that it be passed. The Committee on Penitentiary, to whom was referred H. F. No. 19, a bill to provide for a Territorial reform school, returned the same back with amendments, amend-ments, and recommended that it be passed. ... , The Committee on Agriculture and Irrigation Ir-rigation reported back H.
