Show I De Freycinet's New Policy. Paris, February 16. Prime Minister De Freycinet has made a radical change in the government's policy respecting Egypt. He has instructed M. Saunay,the new Frenoh Minister at Cairo, to supplant the demands of the Porte for the formation of a Turco-Egyptian Turco-Egyptian army to replace the British troops in Egypt, and : the evacuation of that country by the English at the earliest possible possi-ble date. If England opposes the demands of the Porte,' De Freycinet will seek toin-duoe toin-duoe the Powers to take combined action for the purpose of vindicating the- Sultan's sovereign rights in Egypt.
