Show Rough Weather at Alta. , A letter from Alta, dated the 24th inst., written by Mr. Albert Thomas to a gentleman gen-tleman in this citystates that the weather there is very rough, and that heavy drifts had resulted from the fall of snow and continuous winds. All the men except the four employes at Strickley's store had abandoned the town for the present, and had taken refuge in the Iris and Frederick Freder-ick tunnels.
