Show that the bidder will execute ex-ecute the contract in conformity with the form of contract included in-cluded in the Contract Documents, and furnish fur-nish a performance bond within fifteeen (15) days after notification notifica-tion of the award of the contract to the successful suc-cessful bidder. Bountiful reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid or to waive any informality in any bid as its best interests may appear. Boun-tiful. Deposit will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition within ten-(10) ten-(10) days after the date set for the bid opening. Bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 7, 1987 at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the office of the City Engineer at 790 South 100 East; Bountiful, Utah. Each bid must be submitted on the form provided as a part of the Contract Document Docu-ment and shall be accompanied by a certified cer-tified check, cashier's check or bid bond from a surety company, acceptable to Bountiful Bounti-ful City Council, all made payable to City of Bountiful in an amount equal to at least five percent (5) of the bid.
