OCR Text	Show The Osceola Gold Placers correspondent writing from Osceola says No doubt there are fine gold placers here It is a finelooking gold country bub the great drawback is water Hampton Co have spent a large sum of mon y in the interest of water for these placer claims They are ditching and fuming some seventeen miles for the water of which they have some thirteen miles yet to complete I would seem to some that muchlnoney is I being spent here at a great risk but I firmly believe there is an abundance of gold to pay if the water is got to work the ground successfully
