Show WOMEN STAGE BUILDER AFFAIR HERE The Deseret Inn was the scene of the delightful birthday luncheon Saturday of the Utah chapter of the National Association of Home Builders Women's Auxiliary. Mrs. B. Lue Bettilyon, national president of the auxiliary, was a guest at the luncheon and presented present-ed the organization with its charter. char-ter. Mrs. Bettilyon was elected to head the national auxiliary at the recent convention in Chicago and received the charter at that time. Mrs. Bernard P. Brockbank accepted ac-cepted the charter and presented Mrs. Bettilyon with an orchid on behalf of the group. Attending were 65 members of the local auxiliary including other officers, Mrs. Joseph A. Gunderson, first vice president; Mrs. Karl B. Hale, second vice president; Mrs. John Speck, secretary; Mrs. Emil K. Klemm, treasurer; Mrs. D. W. Richards Jr., historian and publicity, pub-licity, and Mrs. Elmer Devey, parliamentarian. |
