Show Woman of the Week By EMMA D. KING There's Rene Anderson, owner-manager owner-manager of The Gift Shop in Reed's Shopping Center. Rene opened her shop-about a year and a half ago at the new center and is assisted by her sister, Helen Jones. For several years she had worked work-ed in the gift department of Hoffmann's Hoff-mann's Hardware, but the urge for a business of her own was always al-ways compelling and won. She loves meeting people and says there is a thrill watching- people buy gift objects for they add a certain lift never manifest from the purchase of the necessities necessi-ties of life. To her, most interesting gift items are the delicate china and the unusual planters. When asked about her hobbies Rene smiled and said, "Work" . . . but we learned she is a skiing enthusiast. en-thusiast. She was born and reared in Salt Lake and makes her home with her sister at 2737 Yuma, where they are entertained and kept busy with "Butch," Helen's ten-year-old son.
