Show CAPT. AND MRS. WM. A. LIMB HOSTS AT FAREWELL DINNER FOR SONS Guests at the party were Miss Darlene Sheridan, Miss Cecilia. ' Alva and Swede Milne. Capt. and Mrs. William A. Limb. 1557 Redondo ave., were hosts at a farewell dinner party Tuesday evening, held in honor of two of their sons who have been called to active duty with the armed services. Eight children, chil-dren, including the honored guests, 11 grandchildren and three guests attended. Captain Limb, of the Salt Lake City fire department, said Tuesday that his wife and he decided to make it a Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing dinner, because they "didn't know when we'd all be together again." The two sons wfho are leaving leav-ing are William H., navy veteran veter-an of three years and former student stu-dent at Westminster College, and Byron, air force veteran, who will report for duty as a staff sergeant in about two weeks. William H. is husband of the former Glen Rose Sid-dell. Sid-dell. They have a 3-year-old son, Scott. Byron and his wife, the former Elaine Walker, have two children, Sharon Ann, 3, and Stephen, aged three months. Others in the Limb family include in-clude A. J. (Bud) Limb, his wife and three children; Liahcna Johnson and three sons, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bischoff (Liela), Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Frame (Myrna) and daughter, and Mr. and Mrs. John R. Garrison and son. |
