Show follows: As a sign, marking and designation of a motion picture theater in Price, Carbon County, Coun-ty, Utah. APPLICATIOX FOR TRADE NAME, MARK AND-OR DEVICE STATE OF UTAH County of Salt Lake ss. V. A. Gilhool, being first duly sworn deposes and says that he is General Partner of the Star Enterprises, a limited partnership partner-ship located -and doing business in Price County of Carbon, State , of Utah. That the said Star Enterprises En-terprises is the exclusive owner of the trade name, mark and-or device described in . the specif i-; i-; cation accompanying this affidavit; affi-davit; that the said trade name, mark and-or device is in use by him in the business of Exhibitor Exhib-itor of Motion Pictures in the State of Utah; and he claims said trade name, mark and-or device under which goods or merchandise merchan-dise are manufactured, prepared, prepar-ed, handled, sold or distributed by him; and he petitions that said trade name, (mark and - or device be recorded in the office of the Secretary of the State of Utah, in accordance with Title 95, Utah Code, annotated, anno-tated, 1943.
