Olympus stables for the annual horse show of the East Mill Creek Lions club. The I show opened last night and will j continue through Saturday eve- j ning, with the best mounts in the intermountain west compet- i ing for the $1500 In prize money. Charles P. Rudd is manager of : the event, proceeds from which will go into the Lions fund for the building of the new park : classes of events. More than 70 horses are entered in the various divisions which cover the entire field of horsemanship from children's chil-dren's mounts to the five-gaited stake class. One feature of the event will be the appearance of the Mill Creek baby royalty, "Queen" Sydney Ann Ellsworth and "King" Timothy Thompson, youngsters who have been chosen chos-en to reign over this event as well as the annual East Mill Creek July Fourth Children's festival next Thursday. i - - f . , ' I t -" !
