FOTHERINGHAM, Plaintiff, vs. EDITH SHEAR-1 MAN, surviving trustee for the ' estate of William H. Shearman, EDITH SHEARMAN, if living, and if dead 'the unknown heirs," legatees, devisees, and creditors of the said Edith Shearman, EDNA ROBINSON SHEARMAN KATZ, if living, and if dead the unknown heirs, legatees, devisees, devi-sees, and creditors of the said Edna Robinson Shearman ,Katz, HELEN PRICE SHEARMAN GUE. if living, and if dead the unknown heirs legatees, devisees, devi-sees, and creditors of the said Helen Price Shearman Gue, WALKER BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, trustee for estate of William Harry Shearman, sometimes known as William Henry Shearman and Harry Shearman, WILHEMINE K. SHEARMAN, and to all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in-terest in the real property described de-scribed in the plaintiff's complaint com-plaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership own-ership or any cloud upon plaintiff's plain-tiff's title thereto.
