Show , Philadelphia Lawyer Is Quick-Change-Artist PHILADELPHIA. Maj. J. Harry La Brum, Philadelphia lawyer, did a quick-change act in U. S. district court. The army ruled he could reargue a case he handled in private life, but he had to appear in civilian clothes after wearing his uniform until opening of court. So he brought the civvies in a traveling bag, changed in the office of the federal court clerk, appeared in court, changed back to uniform for lunch, back to civvies to continue the argument and back to uniform as court adjourned. |
