Gundersen, will speak at the East Mill Creek Lions Club Thursday, February 14. The members will meet at Har-man- 's Cafe at 7 p.m. for the reg-ular dinner meeting. Commissioner Gundersen will outline the county planning in re- - lation to the East Mill Creek area. Reports will be given by C.
