The most adorable full-skirte- d frocks you ever did see. Some are bare-ar- m versions boast-ing their own snuggly jacket, matching orlon sweater or one of the new capelets. They're the sweetest. Contrasting or matching, solid or patterned they're the waist nip-ping, slim-slitheri- ng fashion trick that any girl would be wise to latch on to. FOR THE FELLAS: Take a close look, a long study at the new, NEW ivy corduroy jackets and slacks for this spring.
