" K V4!svv Ss fcssii.ai!si TO SPEAK LaDawn Jacob, National Young Mother of the Year, shown with her husband and nine children will be featured speaker at a public meeting meet-ing May 20 at the Bountiful Branch Library, sponsored by the Utah Young Mothers Association. Association of the American Mothers, Inc. Her topic is "A Mother's Vision Key to Happy Parenting." Mrs. Jacobs married James Jacob in 1970 and they are the parents of nine children. LaDawn was born in Arizona, but spent her early years in Utah. Later her family re- music. WITH HER music training and background, Mrs. Jacobs has taught her children to sing and perform together as a family fami-ly in rest homes and civic programs. prog-rams. The six oldest children also play musical instruments. The children were introduced at the convention and asked to perform unrehearsed. They completely captured the hearts of the audience. Mrs. Jacobs has promised to help the American mother realize her worth. All interested in-terested people are invited to attend. LaDawn Jacob, newly named National Young Mother Representative for 1982, will be the featured speaker at a public meeting May 20 at the Bountiful City Library at 7 p.m. in the east meeting room. MRS. JACOB was named Utah Young Mother Rep. in March and received her national na-tional honor at a recent annual National American Mothers Convention held in Salt Lake City. She will speak at the invitation in-vitation of the Utah Mothers completed her high school education. During this time she served as governor of Ari- zona Girls' State. She graduated gradu-ated from BYU in 1970 with a BA in education and a minor in |
