Show Funerals SYLVIA F. R. NEWTON Funeral services for Mrs, Sylvia Syl-via Fausett Richie Newton, 49, who died Tuesday, March 14, in Eureka, Calif., of a heart ailment, ail-ment, were conducted Wednesday Wednes-day in the Roosevelt stake chapel, chap-el, Bishop Randall Stewart officiating. of-ficiating. Born May 22, 1900, in Walls-burg, Walls-burg, Wasatch county, a daughter daugh-ter of William R. and Beitha Herbert Fausett, she was married mar-ried to Frank Richie in 1918 at Swallows, Colo. He died about 20 years ago. She was married to George Newton in California in 1947. He died last fall. She is survived by her parents, par-ents, Roosevelt; two sons and two daughters, Capt. Gilbert Richie, Albuquerque, N. M.; Dr. James Richie, Denver; Mrs. Betty Bet-ty Klaus, Pueblo, Colo., and Mrs. Shirley Bialj, San Francisco, Fran-cisco, Calif.; the following brothers broth-ers and sisters: Mrs. Betty Wilson, Wil-son, Roosevelt; Mrs. Mary Cox, Blythe, Calif.; Mrs. Hazel Warr, William and Elmer Fausett, My-ton; My-ton; and Dick Fausett, Upalco. Burial in the Roosevelt cemetery cem-etery was under the direction of the Dillman Mortuary, with William Fausett, Jr., dedicating the grave.
