Show Altonah Mrs. Ethel Beebe Jesse A. Fowler and "Mrs. Cora Holt drove to Salt Lake Sunday to bring Mrs. Fowler home after a visit with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Hayes. Fred and Kenneth Carroll, of Upalco, transacted business Sunday Sun-day at the Gilbert Beebe ranch. Mr. and Mrs. John Saris, of Salt Lake City, visited over the weekend at the homes of Wm Clark and Mrs. Harold Morris. Mrs. Dora B e r d returned Wednesday from a week's visit vis-it in Salt Lake City and Strawberry. Straw-berry. Floyd Case, of Mt. Emmons, transacted business here Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Allred and daughter, and Mrs. Edith All-red, All-red, of Vernal, visited relatives here Thursday, Bill Clark and Gilbert Chat-win, Chat-win, of Tabiona, visitad a few days last week with Bill's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Clark. Mr. Chatwin is Mrs. Clark's brother. Mrs. Earl Dunsmore is receiving receiv-ing treatment at the Roosevelt hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Stone and sons, of Duchesne, and Mr. and Mrs. Grant Smith and family, of Roosevelt, spent Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Bowden took their mother, Mrs. Mary Bowden, to Salt Lake last week. She will remain there while recuperating from a recent illness. ill-ness. They were accompanied by Mrs. Lee Anderson, of Ioka. Mrs. Lloyd Shiner and new daughter returned from the Roosevelt hospital the first of the week. Bishop and Mrs. Lester Max-field Max-field and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Maxfield joined the Moon Lake Stake temple excursion last weekend. Alta Edwards, of Salt Lake City, visited a few days this week with her sister, Mrs. Ilez Ames. The Moon Lake Stake Seventies Sev-enties furnished the program at Sacrament meeting this week. Out of town visitors included Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lyons, son, Floyd, and daughter, Connie, of Mt. Home, and Elton Rust, of Talmage. |
