Show Leeton-Bennett Delma Long Mr. and Mrs. Arden Drollin-ger, Drollin-ger, Ioka, and Vernon Buchanan, Buchan-an, of Roosevelt, visited Sunday school this week. Mr. Drollinger and Mr. Buchanan spoke at Sacrament Sac-rament meeting, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Hemingway Heming-way and children, of Provo, are visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Houston. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hama-ker Hama-ker and children, of Price, visited vis-ited last week with the Marvin Hamakers and with Ellis Ha-maker. Ha-maker. The Dee Allred family has moved back here after spending the winter in Roosevelt. The George Jenkins1 baby was blessed at Whiterocks last Sunday, and named Karr D. Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Knoble and children of Salt Lake, visited vis-ited one day last week with Mr. Knoble's aunt, Mrs. Nellie Whitlock. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond White and daughters, of Vernal, visited vis-ited Bishop and Mrs. Otis Hor-rocks, Hor-rocks, Sunday. Weekend guests at the John Haslam home were Mr. and Mrs. Dean Haslam, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lewis, and Marie and Lynn Haslam, all of Provo. Mr. and Mrs. John Haslam attended funeral services at Vernal Ver-nal Monday for their little grandson, Jerry Dee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Niles Haslam, of Ashley. Ash-ley. Others attending were Bishop Bish-op and Mrs. Otis Horrocks. Mrs. Carl Hall and daughter. Carol Jean, and Mr. and Mrs. Clair Haslam. Mr. and Mrs. Verlen Labrum and Mrs. Alice Labrum, of Roos-: evelt, visited Sunday with Mr. ' and Mrs. Otis Horrocks. George Hacking, of Roosevelt visited here one day last week. Henry Tidwell and family, formerly of Boneta, have moved here. Mr. Tidwell is running ihe R.E.A diesel plant at Lee-on. Lee-on. A number of men from this ward worked last week on the welfare building at Roosevelt. |
