Strawberry Jam 5 cups sugar 2 cups berries (berry cups), slice if large Vi cup lemon juice Combine above ingredients and boil 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. oc-casionally. Skim and pour into bowl. Let stand overnight, stirring stir-ring occasionally, and bottle cold. Seal well. This is most successful if made in single batches. |
