Show Masons Install flew Chapter in lloosevelt Utah's ninth chapter of Royal Arch Masons was duly constituted, consti-tuted, Saturday night, with the granting of a charter to King's Peak chapter. Instituted March 24, 1948 under a dispensation of the grand chapter. Royal Arch Masons of Utah, the Uin-tab Uin-tab Basin York rite body is the first chapter of Royal Arch Masons to be constituted in the state in 25 years. The ceremonies which marked an historic point in Utah freemasonry free-masonry were conducted by the Utah grand chapter under the direction of Robert E. Kimber-lin, Kimber-lin, Salt Lake, most excellent grand high priest. The charter was presented, and the officers of King's Peak chapter were installed by George F. Meissner, O g d e n, past most excellent grand high priest. A caravan of Royal Arch Masons from Salt Lake and Ogden witnessed the constituting rite. Officers named in the charter to direct the affairs of King's Peak chapter for the ensuing year are Clifford L. Fretwell, high priest; Frank J. Chamber-lin, Chamber-lin, king; and J. D. Walker, scribe. Charter members of the new York Rite body, Masons from Basin Lodge No. 20, Roosevelt, and Ashley Lodge No. 28, Vernal, Ver-nal, are: C. L. Ashton. Axel A. Birch. V. A. Bair, Frank J.
