Salt Lake City were saddened to hear of the sudden death of their little eight-month daughter, Debra, who died July 12 following an operation. opera-tion. Those from here attending funeral services at Salt Lake City Thursday were the grandparants, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Beal, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Bench and an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Earvin Murphy. Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee and daughters, Bertie and Shelley, attended a farewell party at Bluebell Blue-bell Friday honoring Bishop and Mrs. James Bird. REPRESENTED WARD Darleen Brady, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elden Brady, was chosen to represent the Bridgeland ward as a UBIC Queen contestant. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fitzgerald were Tuesday business visitors in Salt Lake City. They were ac-j companied by Douglas Wilkerson and Billy Shephard. Mr. and Mrs. Sherwood Lisonbee Lison-bee and baby Kim spent the week end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee. Gary Ivie, who is stationed at Fort Clayton in the Canal Zone with the Armed Services, stopped at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elden Brady one day last week to bring news of their daughter and son-in-law, Sp. 3 , and Mrs. Ronald Lisonbee and Rodney, who are also at the Canal Zone. Mrs. Hazel Walters went to Tooele and Salt Lake City last Tuesday to visit relatives and to attend a family reunion. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Jensen of Tooele brought her home Sunday. Mrs. Olive Wilkerson and son Keith of Salt Lake City are visiting visit-ing her sisters, Mrs. Mary Lid-dell Lid-dell and Mrs. Viola Shephard. Mr. and Mrs. Danny Beebe of Salt Lake City were weekend visitors vis-itors of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fitzgerald. Miss Lu Ann Cole of Duchesne was a Sunday dinner guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Liddell. Ja Nae Liddell entertained Monday Mon-day evening at a swimming party at Lake Boren, honoring her guest, Joan Van Tassel.l. Nineteen young people from here and Duchesne enjoyed the evening of fun. Visitors at the home of Mrs. Ethel Taylor are her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Al Cun-driff Cun-driff and children of California and Max Taylor of Salt Lake. SISTER IS MARRIED Mrs. Shely Lisonee received word that here sister, Mrs. Elsie Dean, was married to Frank Monks of Hayden, Colo., at Craig, Colo., July S. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Gaily of Murray were weekend visitors of her mother, Mrs. Jane Murphy. ; JCarol Ann Brady spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elden Brady. Carol is employed at Salt Lake City as a secretary at the Inland Transportation Transpor-tation Co. Mrs. Mirl Jennings, Jr. of Roosevelt Roo-sevelt was a Bridgeland visitor one day last week. Mr. and Mrs. Elden Liddell and family visited Sunday at Tabiona with Mr. and Mrs. Norman Abbott. Ab-bott. Mrs. Abbfctt returned home with them for a short visit. |
