Show Raediett By Mrs. Viola Jensen Stake Visitors At Ward Meetings Stake Relief Society Visitors attending Relief Society Tuesday Tues-day were: Mildred Dillman, Durine Allen and Erma El-dredge. El-dredge. Stake Primary visitors attending at-tending Primary Tuesday were: AHita Hurley and Gay Johnson. Stake M.I.A. dance directors, Mr .and Mrs. Wilson Guitsman, attended M.I.A. Tuesday evening even-ing and helped direct the Gold and Green floor show. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse S. Brough of Roosevelt spent the week Visiting With their children here. Mrs. Brtough spent some time at the Grant Brough home caring for Mrs. Brough and neiw baby son. Mrs. Melfoa Bolton of Salt Lake City spent the week visiting visit-ing at the home of her peremts, Bishop and Mrs. Ralph Durfee. The Avalon Primary preparation prepa-ration meeting was held Wed. evening at the ward house. Jennie McMullen conducted the meeting and teacher trainer and Hazel Brough gave the lesson. The Singing Mothers met Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Leah Chandler. Mr. and Mrs. Garr Brough and family of Layton spent the week here visiting relatives. They also enjoyed the deer hunt whole here. Miss Beatrice Stringham brought the recording machine Wednesday and made recordings record-ings of the Avalon School radio program Which was presented over Station K. J. A. M.. Ronald Dudley announced the following follow-ing program: Song by a group of students; Talks, Irene Jensen Clark Nebeker, Donna Land and Miaheal Wall; Song by students; Shirley Pickup accompanied ac-companied the Singing groups on the piano. Mrs. Ada Pickup left Wed. morning for Tule Lakes. Calif, where she will visit for a month at the home of her son and daughter-in-Haw, Mr. and Mrs. George Pickup. |
