Show Two Get Fines In Juvenile Delinquency Case Larry Wyman, 19, and Deloy Wyman, 21, brothers, and former for-mer residents of Roosevelt, but now living with their mother in Dugway, received a $75.00 fine, in lieu of a 90-day jail sentence, which was first imposed, im-posed, on charges of contributing contribut-ing to the delinquency of two minor girls. The brothers appeared before Justice of the Peace John Rauimgaeritel of Roosevelt, who administered a 90-day jail term on them. They were charged with taking two local girls, one 13 and the other 15. away from school and their homes and kept them on a deer hunting hunt-ing pairty for two days and nights. On recommendation of County Attorney James Hall, Judge Baumgaertel changed the sentence to a $75.00 fine each, suspending any jail term. |
