Show Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee Funeral Held For Earl Gail On December 14 A large percentage of the Bridge-land Bridge-land people attended the funeral services for Earl Gail, Wednesday, Dec. 14, at the Duchesne LDS stake chapel. Services were conducted by Bishop Bish-op Carl Van Tassell of the Bridge-land Bridge-land ward. Speakers were Elden Brady, Roy Taylor and Bishop Van Tassel.l The following musical numbers were present-ad: vocal duet, Carol Liddell and Jndy Sheo-hard, Sheo-hard, "The Old Rugged Cross;" quartet, Henna Shields, lone Marshant, Donna Clayburn and Clista Neilsen, "Sometime, Somewhere;" Some-where;" duet, Carol Liddell and Judy Shephard, "Beyond the Sunset," Sun-set," accompanied by Hazel Walters, Wal-ters, who played the prelude and postlude music. Prayers were of-1 fered by Malcolm Walters and Reece Clayburn. The grave was dedicated by J. Alma Smith. The Bridgeland ward Relief Society So-ciety ladies were in charge of the flowers. Burial' was in the Roosevelt Roose-velt cemetery, under the direction of the Olpin Mortuary. Mr. and Mrs. Roy' Taylor visited several days during the week at Salt Lake City with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Liddell were Provo visitors last week, where they went to find an apartment, apart-ment, as Ronald plans to enter the BYU for the winter quarter. Mr. and Mrs. Elden Brady accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Harold Warren War-ren of Vernal, attended the wedding wed-ding of their niece, Connie Peterson, Peter-son, at Murray, Saturday. They also al-so visited their children, Mr, and Mrs. Lloyd Brady, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Lisonbee and Carol' Ann Brady. Ruth Walters entertained her Sunday School class at a Christmas Christ-mas party, Sunday afternoon at her home'. Those present were: Clayton Wright, Dennis Liddell, Ralph Stansfield, Boyd Van Tas-ssll, Tas-ssll, Dee Murphy, Richard Lamb, Richard Fitzgerald, Carolyn Meyer Mey-er and Kathryn Lamb. Gerald Murphy of Murray, spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Murphy. ATTEND DRAMA NIGHT A large crowd of Bridgeland people attended the stake Drama Night at Duchesne, Tuesday evening. eve-ning. We' were proud of the Christmas Christ-mas act presented by our young folks, which was a very fitting climax to the very entertaining evening. Judy Shephard and Bertie Lisonbee were in charge of the music. ATTEND BANQUET Ladies from Bridgeland attending attend-ing the banquet given by the Farmerette Club Wednesday evening eve-ning at the Arcadia ward house were': Hazel and Ruth Walters, Viola and Judy Shephard, Lilly Mae, Donna and Joy'Leen Clay burn, Helen and Clista Neilsen, Henna Shields, Letta Meyer, Merle Smith and Lois Stansfield. A lovely evening was reported report-ed by those present, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Stansfield were Salt Lake City' business visitors vis-itors Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters received the happy news that a baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Joe' Walters Monday, Dec. 19, at a Salt Lake hospital. The little new Miss weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz. and will be named Carol Re Nae. Mr. and Mrs. Vere Neilsen went to Moab last Thursday to visit their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Neilsen. They brought their little grandson, David, Dav-id, back for a visit. They were accompanied as far as Price by their mother, Mrs. ChaTTr who visited relatives ?"
