Show Myton Prepares For Santa's Visit A brightly lighted Xmas tree and streets gay with colored lights', have brought the' spirit of Christmas Christ-mas to Myton. Milton Lott, chairman chair-man of the committee in charge of Santa's arrival was assisted by Earl Gingell, representing the Lions Club; Aften Richens, president of the P-TA; Mrs, Fanny Felter, of the' American Legion Auxiliary, Unit No. 5; and Mrs. Florence Lott, of the Ladies' Aid of the Presbyterian church. Plans call for Saint Nick to arrive at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 24, and will greet the children at the Christmas tree on the corner of the' intersection on Main Street A group of choir girls will sing Christmas carols, beginning at 1:30 p.m. to entertain the children and parents as they gather for the big event. Mr. and Mrs, Frank Liddell and family returned Wednesday from Salt Lake City, where' they spent a few days to be with Mr. Lid-dell's Lid-dell's mother, Mrs. Lillian Liddell, Lid-dell, who underwent surgery at a Salt Lake City hospital, Tuesday. They report the patient is getting along nicely. Mr; and Mrs. Lester Maxfield, of Altonah, were visitors, Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wil-mer Wil-mer Murray. Mrs. Maxfield is a sister of Mr. Murray. Miss Josephine Hunt is confined to her home as a result of an accident ac-cident suffered at her home last week. |
