Huber, live in Lapoint, was cit-1 ed for meritorious service1 as a switchboard operator in the corps' headquarters from July 18, 1952 to Aug. 4, 1953. According Ac-cording to his citation, "Huber accomplished his duties with a high degree of skill and exactness. exact-ness. He has been a constant source of encouragement to his associates. Through his perseverance, perse-verance, the switchboards of X Corps Artillery were always a well-regulated system of communications." com-munications." Pfc. Huber entered enter-ed the Army in November, 1951 and arrived in Korea the following fol-lowing July after completing basic training at Camp Roberts, Calif. He is a 1949 graduate of Alterra High School. |
