Upon request, Mrs. Elmer El-mer Eldredge has submitted her Rhubarb Punch recipe, which is very delicious. . The base may be made and stored in the refrigerator. re-frigerator. RHUBARB PUNCH Wz lbs. rhubarb (1 qt.) 1 quart water IV2 cups sugar 1-3 cup orange juice 4 tbs. lemon juice few grains salt crushed ice Gineerale Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Add the water and cook until soft. Squeeze through cheese cloth or fine sieve. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. dis-solved. Bring to boiling point, add fruit juices and salt. Chill and serve with crushed ice and equal amount of gih-, gih-, gerale. |
