Mr. and Mrs. Harris attended at-tended the wedding of their son, Harold, in the L D S Temple in Salt Lake City on June 10 Mrs. O. E. Baldwin and baby of Layton left for her home Friday. Fri-day. Mrs.. Balden has been visiting visit-ing her sister, Mrs. James and family for the past two weeks. Mrs. L. M. Parrish came home from Salt Lake City with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr . and Mrs. Wilrner Parrish who were married June 10 in the L D S Temple. Tiie young couple will make their home in Myton. They are now living in the Ashel Bingham home. At a meeting of the American Legion Auxiliary Friday evening, even-ing, June 14, reports ot commit-tics commit-tics were given and new officers elected as lollows: Mrs. Ann And-erly, And-erly, president; Gladys Dennis, 1st vice president; Sarah Nielson, Niel-son, 2nd vice president; Otta Hemphill, secretary and treasurer; treas-urer; Phyllis Giles, historian; Jennie Tuttlc, chaplain. Other officers will be appointed. The next meeting will be a pot luck lunch at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Dennis. The American Legion meeting was held in the Begg's building. After the meeting meet-ing the Legion and Auxiliary joinf.d in a delicious lunch served serv-ed by the hostesses, Mrs. Wal-lace Wal-lace Dennis. Mrs. Howard Dennis Den-nis and Mrs Max Jenson. The meetings will continue during the summer months. District Commander James Dalgleish returned home Thursday Thurs-day after attending the district conventions at Provo, Sandy, Moab, Panguitch and Hurricane. He met Saturday evening with a special convention committee at Price to help formulate plans for the District Convention to be held there in August. Miss La Vara Murray came home Sunday evening after at-' at-' tending school at the U of U the past winter. . ! Miss Nola Wilson of Ogden ! visited her parents.
