Show ELNA HARTLE MARRIED TO GEORGE ALLRED Of interest to their many relatives rel-atives and friends is the announcement an-nouncement of the marriage Miss Elna Ruby Hartle, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hartle of Bennett, and George Allred, son of Mrs. Arva Hall of Rand-lett. Rand-lett. The ceremony was solemnized solem-nized in Vernal qj September 4 with Bishep Phillip Watkina officiating of-ficiating at the simple rites. For ner nuptials the bride chose a beautifully tailored suit of aqua blue. She was attended by her mother and by Mrs. Hall. The young couple were honored honor-ed guests at a reception Wednesday Wednes-day evening, September 18, at the home of the bride's paren. A dainty pink and white des orative theme was f CyjlQwd with bouquets of pirk and white flowers enhancing the beauty of , the rooms, A beautifully decor-lated decor-lated wedding cake formed the focal point of interest. Assisting at the reception were Miss VaL.ai Long, Miss Marie H;asjem, Miss Joyce Has-lem Has-lem and Miss Yola Bolton. Mr. and Mrs. Allred will make their home in Randlett. fair in Duchesne Saturday. Mrs. Benson was accompanied by her class of 4-H girls, Nadine Faucett, Fau-cett, Sally and Maxine Nelson, LaRay Drollinger, Eva Ames and. Roene Lemon. Mrs. Benson went on to Salt Lake as chaperon for the 4-H girls who will give a demonstration at the State Fair. Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Gentry, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Gentry, Henry Nelson, Evan Percival, Loury Hardman and Keith Lamb attended the fair at Duchesne Du-chesne Saturday. All M. I. A. officers attended the M. I. A. convention Sunday from 9 A. M. 'till 3:30 P. M. Loury Hardman and Dale Nelson graduated from Primary Sunday as a part of Sacrament meeting exercises. Ioka had a large representation representa-tion at Priesthood and Union meeting Sunday. Mr. and , Mrs. Thelma Cook and children, of Bluebell, and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Percival visited vis-ited their father and mother, Saturday, honoring Mr. Angus on his 84th birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Redmund and two daughters, of Duchesne, visited Sunday with Mrs. Red-mund's Red-mund's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Angus. Also guests at the Angus home Sunday were their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Percival and their three, children. |
