Car Accident BLUEBELL While in Salt Lake on Tuesday of last week Evan Goodrich, William Hancock Han-cock and Fred Goodrich were riding in Fred Goodrich's truck and were traveling southbound on 2nd West when they collided with a sedan traveling east-bound east-bound on 21st South. The truck turned over and rolled about 45 feet. Will Hancock was thrown out far enough that he was clear of the truck but knocked unconscious. uncon-scious. Fred Goodrich was struck by the cab as it tipped over. He suffered shock, a broken pelvis bone in two places, a shattered shoulder blade and four ribs were broken. He was rushed to the L D S hospital. Evan escaped injury. Mr, Hancock was rushed to the Salt Lake General hospital hospit-al for severe bruises on his chest, hips and legs and then to Holy Cross hospital. He was released on Wednesday, Evan and Mr. Hancock returned to their homes on Thursday evening. Mr. Goodrich Good-rich will remain at the L D S hospital for eight weeks. There were three occupants in the sedan. |
