Show Governor Asked To Name Local Rent Advisory Board Governor Herbert B. Maw has been asked by Housing Expediter Expe-diter Tighe E. Woods to submit nominations as promptly as pos-ible pos-ible for a local rent advisory board to be established for the Vernal rental area, Area Rent Control Director Fred E. Ray announced this week. The functions of such boards include submitting recommendations recommenda-tions to the Housing Expediter for the removal or continuance of rent control in the area; for a change in the general rent level of the area; and to advise on the handling of individual adjustment cases by the area rent office.
