Show HELD ff FOR mos JENSEN young mother laid to final rest in richfield cemetery funeral services for mrs airs tressa holdaway jensen wife of golden jensen of sigurd who died at the salina hospital thursday after having been ill four months were held in the sigurd ward chapel chanc I 1 monday afternoon bishop irvin L warnock presided at the services speakers were edwin sorensen Soi ensen of aurora menvin bradfield of sigurd airs amy durfee of aurora and bishop Warn warnock ocIz A funeral march was played by miss louise dastrup and miss aliss virginia hansen violinists accompanied on the piano by miss mildred hansen other musical numbers luring during the services were the opening and closing hyrn hymns by a ladies chorus a vocal solo lay I 1 my aly head beneath a rose by mrs airs inez mason of aurora a vocal solo when its springtime inobe in the by mrs florence anderson of richfield and a violin duet by miss hansen and miss dastrup the invocation was offered by alma knight of salina and the benediction by samuel gurr of sigurd interment was in the richfield cemetery wallen christensen of aurora dedicated the grave the respect of relatives and friends for mrs airs jenace and her family found expression in a large attendance at the services and in many beautiful floral offerings mrs jensen was born at aurora february 11 1912 a daughter of mr air and mrs G L holdaway prior to her marriage june 4 1929 she spent most of her life in richfield she is survived by her husband golden jensen one daughter lorraine age 2 her parents mr and mrs airs G L holdaway of aurora and six brothers and sisters mrs airs leland Gh chidester idester and mrs airs lavell nielson of richfield royal torra larsell and allen alien holdaway of aurora among the people attending the services besides many relatives and friends from neighboring towns were mr air and mrs aaron jensen and family of murray mr and mrs james INI monroe onroe of commers eldon jensen of salt lake city mrs airs eddie manwill of provo mrs airs abe lund of ephraim and mr air and mrs airs joseph jensen of sandy |
