make investigations the committee has bc been n working to that end and has visited several Io cilly owned plants in wa wayna and S sevier evier counties the telluride de power co met recently with the elsinore town c council our and offered a small reduction in light rate latas for the continuation of their services and an extra five ver per cent reduction provided the citizens would sign a
