Show Notice To Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 25, 1930 Notice is hereby given that the Horseshoe Irrigation Company, whose post office address is Spring City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate 20 c. f. s. of water from two unamed tributaries tribu-taries to Black Canyon Creek in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at two points as follows: Ditch No. 1. 380 ft. S. and 17 ft. E. from the S.M cor. Sec. J 5, T. 16 S R 5 E., S.L.B. & M. and Ditch No. 2, at a point 2650 ft. W. and 2440 ft. S. of the S'A cor. said Sec. 15. The water diverted into Ditch No. 1 will be conveyed a distance dis-tance of 3400 ft. and the water diverted into Ditch No. 2 will be conveyed a distance of 2700 ft. where it will be commingled at a low pass between Oak Creek and Black Canyon thence conveyed a further distance to the Oak CreeK Channel from which it is rediverted by means of the canals and laterals operated and owned by the Horseshoe Horse-shoe Irrigation Co. The water will be used from April 1st to July 15th incl, of each year as a supplemental supple-mental supply to irrigate 1900 acres of land embraced in parts of Sees. 28, 29, 30, T. 15 S., R. 4 E., S.L.B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10976. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
