Show Cases Id Tlie juvenile Court Juvenile Judge Arthur O. Neil-son Neil-son of this city reports charging six Richfield boys, ranging in age ! from 10 to 12 years, with "malic-i "malic-i ious mischief," in mutilating the j eld Southern Hotel on North Main ' Street. j O. A. Rasmussen, Richfield city . marshal! had been working on the I case for some time and rounded up ! these boys who called themselves ! "the gang." They admitted liav- ing cut a tunnel through the partitions par-titions between the various rooms ! of the unocupied house, where they had been in the habit of playing. Judge Nielson placed the boys on i probation and the parents agreed i to have an appraisal of the damage .done and make settlement with the ; property owner. j Through the efforts of T. A. Hunt, i Sevier County Attorney and Sheriff V. M. Fairbanks of the same county, three youths of Salina, were brought before Juvenile Judge Arthur O. Neilson of this city on a charge ol contributing to the delinquency of three juvenile' "girls from Richfield by keeping them out late at night and having liquor in the car. They asked time, exercising their statutory rights, to make their pleas and will appear before the juvenile court to answer the charge. They were placed under a bond of $150 each. The three girls pleaded guilty to a delinquency charge and were permitted per-mitted by Judge Neilson to go un- der good behavior. The imposing ! of sentence vas suspended for six months and will be determined by I the conduct of the girls during tlM probationary period, the judge said. |
